M.O.R.E Project 5K Run! Chris and I will be doing the Monavie MORE Project 5K run in St. Louis on May 18th along with many others who are doing the run to raise money for all those kids in need in Brazil. Now I am up to day 46 on my exercise and use of the new meal replacement called RVL.
